I love the shirt but I was shipped the wrong size by the company- not the size I ordered.
I emailed to let the company know of the error. They sent me indirections on how to exchange it which I followed. It has now been almost 20 days and I still do not have a corrected size shirt in the mail. I have an email confirming they received my shirt back. I have emailed 3 times and get an automated response.
I am very frustrated.
The other two shirts I ordered were the right size and I love them. I would like to be able to order more shirts in the future but if I cannot get a company error corrected or a response to my email then I don’t think I can trust the company to order more in the future.
