Orders & Shipping

Shipping Policy (Route Package Protection)

THREAD TANK is proud to partner with Route , the leader in package protection and

tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from

damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken

upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully

reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use

Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked as “delivered” must be filed after 2 days and before 10 days

from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost

(where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the

last status update.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Our Customer Success Team Members are happy to make adjustments (size, color, style, or address) to your order as long as it's not in production or shipped.

What countries do you ship to?

We love our International customers and want to continue sharing Stories You Can Wear throughout the world! Here is a list of all of the countries we currently are able to ship to: Canada, Mexico, Australia, Europe, and some parts of South America.

How do I get my province or state populated at checkout?

When entering your address, please select your country from the drop-down box first, then wait just a moment while the regions list automatically populates with the corresponding options for your country.

If it's your first time placing an order, it might also be helpful to put in your billing and shipping addresses in the dashboard of your Thread Tank Account, under "My Info," before even attempting the checkout process.

Sizing & Products

What size am I?

Sizing varies between our items, so we recommend checking out our SIZE GUIDE located in the top right of each product page.

A link to a 'Size Guide' with detailed product measurements is included on each product page.  As a note, measurements are taken in inches while the garment is laid out on a flat surface.  We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item that you already own. If you have any questions contact one of our helpful team members

How do I know if a product will be coming back in stock?

If an item you love is still listed on the site, but the sizes are greyed out, there’s a good chance we’ll get it back! Just fill out our notify me when this item comes back in stock list located in the product page. (Just select the color and size. If it's out of stock email fill out form will appear right below the ADD TO CART BUTTON).

If you see “Sorry this item isn't available anymore” when you’re looking at a product, that sadly means we will not be getting that item back in stock. Many of the products we carry come from smaller companies and independent artists, and they are a bit more limited on runs. Feel free to chat our Customer Care team and they can find some more information for you!

Where are your products made?

Here at Thread Tank we pride ourselves as a "MADE IN USA" brand. All of our designs and production are made here in California.  We also create some of our products internationally in Mexico, Vietnam and Nicaragua.
